Born in September 2020. Anika is a Sloughi (Moroccan sighthound) mix. We rescued her from a suburb of Agadir when she was a small puppy, along with her mum and siblings, all of which have long been adopted. Anika is a cheerful and lively dog that gets along great with her peers and with people. She bursts with enthusiasm when team members are around and seeks their attention. Anika most of all needs space to run about, and is thus looking for a home with a large outdoor space and/or adopters who enjoy running and hiking. Once her physical needs are met, we believe that she will be easy to train, given how people-oriented she is. With the appropriate guidance she can become a calm companion, like her adopted siblings.
