Bio

I’m Yvette, a friendly and bouncy dog with a laid-back attitude. I experienced hardship early in life, but ever since I was rescued I've been in high spirits, confident that things can only get better. I’m lively and extroverted and like making friends - people and dogs alike. I get on great with my peers at the refuge and am familiar with cats, too. When I'm not sprinting around the garden you'll see me cuddling with my caretakers. I don't complicate things and am just looking for a loving home to share my affection and live life to the fullest. If you have children, I look forward to meeting them and I'm sure we'll become good friends.

Background

When we rescued Yvette from the dog pound in late 2021 she had a leg injury that required several weeks of treatment.From the start, she charmed us with her good mood. Yvette shared her space with cats while she was in recovery and has since lived in a group of dogs at our farm shelter. If you look closely you might notice a bump on her left front leg, where she was injured when we found her - but this does not restrict her mobility at all.
