NOW RESERVED Quito is a big, goofy dog with so much love to give. Life did not start out easy for him, but thanks to kind people, he reached safety at SARA and has grown into a happy, confident dog.

He has a strong love for human company and adores spending time with his friends at SARA, whether they are playing together, exploring nature, or simply sharing a quiet moment. Quito is loyal, affectionate and loves being close to the people he trusts.

Living in a large group, he also enjoys playing with his dog buddies. He can sometimes be a little clumsy and excitable, and older dogs may find his bouncy puppy-like energy a bit much. Although Quito is a large dog, in his mind he is still very much a puppy.

For someone looking for a loyal, loving companion who will always want to be by their side, Quito could be the perfect match.

Background

Quito came to us as a young puppy, along with his sister, after they were found on the streets without their mom. A kind lady cared for the two pups, but when complaints arose, she reached out to us for help, and we welcomed them into our care, providing them with safety and love. During his first months at the refuge, Quito lived alongside cats.
