I’m Peanut, a quiet, thoughtful boy with a heart of gold. I’ve had a bit of a rough start, but I’ve grown into a calm and gentle soul. I’m good at making friends with other dogs, and I enjoy spending my days observing the world around me. When I know someone, I’m as friendly as they come, but I can be a bit shy when meeting new people. I’m just looking for someone patient and kind who will give me the time to build my confidence and show them how sweet I can be.

Background

Peanut’s early life was spent at a warehouse, where he was born among his siblings. Sadly, his littermates faced tragic accidents when trucks rolled through the area. When the workers noticed the danger, they reached out to us for help. We rescued Peanut, his surviving siblings, and their mother, allowing the puppies to stay with her at our shelter for several weeks.
