I’m Cesar, peaceful and easy-going dog who enjoys the quiet life. I like to stretch out in the sun and cuddling up with my dog companions. I've shared my space with many dogs at the shelter and get along beautifully with every one of them. Meeting new people makes me feel uneasy, I have to admit. But I warm up quickly and absolutely love being cuddled by familiar humans. All I wish for is a kind adopter who appreciates my calm energy, allows me time to settle, and offers me warmth and safety.
