Hi, I’m Majra! I’m a sweet, gentle young girl who likes to do things in my own way. I enjoy wandering around the farm, spending time with the other dogs, and playing when I feel like it. I also get along well with cats.
I’m definitely a bit of a foodie. Food is one of the quickest ways to get my attention, and I’m usually very interested when something tasty is around.
I also have a little feature that makes me easy to recognise. Most of my coat is a warm brown colour, but I have a darker patch around one ear and part of my cheek. From far away it can almost look like dirt, but it’s simply part of my colouring.
I’ve already overcome a lot for such a young dog, and I’d love to keep growing stronger in a home where I can feel safe, loved and part of a family.

Background

Majra was rescued from the animal center when she was still a puppy, during one of the large rescues in which we took many dogs into our care.
She grew up at our farm shelter alongside other puppies, surrounded by the team and receiving the food, care and attention she needed. After the uncertainty of the animal center, she finally had the chance to grow up in a safer environment.
During her time with us, Majra went through some health problems, including respiratory illness. Thankfully, she recovered and is now doing much better and continuing to grow stronger.
Today, she is fully vaccinated, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and has grown into a calm, sweet young dog with her own independent little personality.

After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.
