Hi, I’m Kuro! I’m a very friendly, affectionate girl who loves being around people and getting attention. I have a playful side too, and whenever I get the chance to come out and run around, I turn into a happy little puppy again.
At the shelter, I’ve also found myself a favourite lookout spot. I like jumping up onto a raised counter and sitting there for long stretches, watching everything happening around me and keeping an eye on the other dogs.
I’m sweet, curious and full of personality, and I’d love to find a family before shelter life becomes the only life I know.

Background

Kuro was rescued from the animal center and is still one of our more recent arrivals. She has not yet been with us for a full year, and we really hope she won’t have to be.
Since arriving, Kuro has settled in well and shown us what a friendly and affectionate dog she is. She enjoys spending time with people, watching the activity around the shelter from her favourite raised spot, and making the most of every chance she gets to run and play.
She is safe with us now, but what we would really love is to see her leave the shelter for a home of her own.

Welcome Your New Friend Home

After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.
