Berenice is a gentle older girl with a very quiet nature. She is not the type of dog who rushes straight up for attention — she needs time, patience, and a calm approach before she feels comfortable enough to let you pet her.

Once she trusts you, Berenice shows her sweet side in her own quiet way. She gets along well with other dogs and has many friends at the shelter, including Sultan, Fabio and Snoopy.

Berenice would suit a kind, patient home where she can feel safe and settle at her own pace.

Background

erenice has been at the refuge since at least 2019, so she has been waiting for a very long time. We do not know much about her past or exactly how old she is, but we do know she is an older dog who deserves comfort, kindness and security.

After so many years at the refuge, we would love to see Berenice have the chance of a peaceful home where she can be loved just as she is.

Welcome Your New Friend Home

After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.
