Hi, I’m Anu! I’m a friendly, playful and easygoing girl. When I meet someone new, I may need a little time before I fully trust them, but once I feel comfortable, I’m very affectionate and love getting attention from the people I know and care about.

I currently live with a group of around 15 other dogs and get along very well with them. I’m a sociable girl who enjoys being part of the group, but I’m always especially happy when one of my favourite people comes to see me.

I already have my travel documents and serology completed, which means I can be adopted internationally, including to Europe, Canada and the USA, with the remaining process depending on the destination country. I’m just waiting for someone willing to give me the little bit of time I need to trust and show them what a lovely companion I can be.

Background

Anu was born and grew up on the streets of Morocco. She was eventually brought to us by a couple who wanted to help her. At the time, she was not in the best condition and needed care.

Since joining us, Anu has grown into a healthy, happy and sociable dog. She now lives comfortably within a large group of dogs at the shelter and gets along very well with them.

Anu has also completed her serology and has the necessary travel documentation in place, making international adoption possible. The final travel and adoption requirements will depend on the country she is travelling to.

Welcome Your New Friend Home

After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.
