Cesar’s journey began when he and his brother Max were abandoned as little pups, left at the gates of one of our shelters. Despite their rough start, they found safety and care with us. Cesar has grown into a calm and balanced dog, comfortable around his fellow shelter mates. Though he can be a bit reserved with strangers at first, patience and kindness help him come out of his shell. Cesar has been fully vaccinated, received flea and tick treatments, and is sterilized, ready to find his forever home. After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.
