I’m Fabio, a gentle giant with a heart full of love. I can't wait to have a human companion to shower with my affection! People say I’m a fast learner and eager to please. Once you earn my trust I'll do my very best to make you happy. Me and the other dogs in my big group at the shelter form an easy-going bunch, but I yearn for a different life. When my favorite humans visit I'm there right behind the gate to be the first to greet and not let go. I'm not so keen on sharing attention or food with my peers, and so apparently I'll need some training for resource protection.

My energy level is average and I don't demand too much entertainment either, but I'd love to spend a lot of time with you, and I'm fit for countryside walks and hikes. With firm guidance and loving care I'll be an extraordinary companion, full of gratitude and deeply loyal.

The largest among my siblings, I'm a large dog, measuring around 70cm in shoulder height and weighing around 26kg.

Hintergrund

Fabio’s story began on a peaceful campsite by the sea, where he was born in March 2021 alongside his 3 siblings. When they were threatened with poisoning, the 2 months old puppies and their mother, Folie, were brought to safety at our farm shelter. Fabio and his siblings needed a lot of care at first and were nursed by Folie for a few more weeks. We later moved to the puppy pen, where they grew into adulthood among other pups their age. While Fabio’s two brothers and sister have long found loving homes in Germany and France, he is still waiting for his forever family.
