Bio

I'm Zaya, a real sunshine of a dog excited for what the future holds. I was born free until one day people captured me and put me in this frightening place called the dog pound. Luckily, it wasn't long before the SARA team took me in. I'm very easygoing and playful, and so I get along great with the dozen or so dogs I live with at the refuge. More so, I'm always ready to make new friends, especially of the human kind. I greet visitors with enthusiasm, hoping that they'll chose me to share their life with. If you welcome me into your life, I'll shower you with affection and I'll light up your days with my positive energy!

Background

Zaya has been at our farm refuge since September 2024, when we relieved her from the misery of the dog pound. We don't know where she comes from, and where or how she was captured, but whatever she experienced it thankfully did not result in trauma or fear of humans. On the contrary, Zaya is very eager to engage with anyone who shows interest in her. We are preparing Zaya's paperwork to make her eligible for adoption abroad.
