Bio

I'm Ruffles a gentle fluff with a heart of gold. I went through some tough times, like when I was captured and put in the dog pound - an overcrowded and scary place - but I faced this hardship with resilience. When the people from SARA came along I knew right away that I'd have a better life with them. My mellow and affectionate nature has earned me lots of friends at the farm refuge. I live in harmony with a dozen other dogs. The best moments are those spent with my human caretakers. My desire for human companionship and affection is obvious to any visitor. I might be a large dog but with my calm and relaxed attitude I can fit in anywhere.

Ruffles is one of several captured stray dogs we took out of the dog pound in November 2024. He is a healthy young adult and will soon be prepared for adoption abroad.
