Bio

Mabel is a very sweet older lady with a lovely, gentle nature. She is a joy to be around and has such a kind presence. She may be around 11 years old, although this is only an estimate.

Mabel gets on well with other dogs. She has an issue with one of her front legs, which may be an old injury or a deformity, but we are not sure. She does not really use that leg, but she walks very well and manages happily.

She is a calm and affectionate dog who deserves comfort, kindness and love in her older years.

Background

Mabel has been with us at the refuge for many years. We do not know much about her past, or exactly what happened to her front leg, but what we do know is that she is a really lovely girl who has waited far too long for a home of her own.

After so many years at the refuge, we would love to see Mabel spend her later years surrounded by love, care and security.
