Born in March of 2021. Shems' name means "sun" in Arabic, and she is a little sunshine. She was rescued from a forest when she was about a month old, along with her siblings. She grew up roaming our farm refuge, playing with puppies and cats all day long. She now lives in an enclosure with around 10 other dogs. Shems is confident among her peers and gets on well with cats. She's friendly with humans and affectionate with people she knows. She isn't the kind to jump right into your arms but needs a little time to get used to strangers. Shems has a joyful and independent personality and loves exploring the garden. She hopes to find adopters who enjoy outdoor sports and will take her to the dog park and other fun places. She wouldn't mind other pets or older children in the household.
