MALE
Born in December 2021. We found Melvin when he was a puppy, erring on the side of a busy road with infected eyes. He recovered fully at the refuge. Melvin is a bit shy but friendly with people, and affectionate when he feels at ease. He gets along well with the other dogs in his group. Melvin 's adopter will need to help him become more confident. His energy level is medium.
